With Enfant Sauvage, he steps away from The Blaze’s codes to explore more personal, introspective territory. “Collaborating with Mome on this project was a real creative adventure,” he says. “Our styles complemented each other to bring to life music that fully represents us.”

“Behind The Line” immediately transports the listener into a sonic world mixing emotion, tension and hope. Synth pads, stripped-back percussion and atmospheric melodies form an evolving soundscape, with Alric’s discreet but evocative voice adding rare depth. “This track is about a world or place behind a border, imagine vast landscapes, something very evasive,” says Alric. For Mome: “There was a desire to make a different kind of production. In my music I always used organic elements, and it blocked me a bit creatively. This was something new for me, and it felt good.”
