Bob Sinclar spent thirty years making French house records, and he’s still releasing new ones at a steady clip. His latest, “I Can’t Wait” with Kiesza, came out in March 2026 on Yellow Productions.
An old groove, updated for 2026
“I Can’t Wait” leans on the same kind of organic, ’90s-rooted house groove Sinclar has built his whole career on, distributed via Balagan Music/Wagram Music and paired with Kiesza’s vocals for a track built squarely for the dancefloor rather than the nostalgia circuit. It’s a reminder that Sinclar’s catalogue isn’t just a back catalogue; he’s still actively adding to it.
Running his own label on the side
Alongside the single, Sinclar has kept his label Africanism busy too, including a release with Arkadyan called “Leleley.” Three decades after his first records, he’s still functioning as a working producer and a label boss at the same time, not just a legacy DJ playing the hits.
Plenty of house music pioneers settle into playing their old hits on repeat. Sinclar just keeps making new ones instead, which might be the most quietly impressive thing about a thirty-year career: he never really stopped clocking in.
